Terms of service

All items are pre-owned and may show normal signs of age and wear such as fading, small marks or repairs. We describe and photograph known flaws. Sizes follow the original tag and may differ from modern sizing — check the measurements.

Most pieces are single items. An item is reserved only once payment is complete. If an item sells out at the same time in store and online, we will cancel the order and void the payment.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. We can correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders before they ship.

All sales are final. Items are sold as is, with no returns, exchanges or refunds.

Wholesale buyers must have an approved account. Separate wholesale terms, minimums and pricing apply and are shared on approval.

Photos, text and our logo belong to The Vintage Bazar. Please don't copy them without permission. Brand names shown belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with them.

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms follow the laws of Ontario and Canada.
